Retreat Cost, Lodging Options & Registration

 

RETREAT COST

The cost for Spirit & Place ranges from $975-1,275 per person, depending on time of registration and your desired lodging option (see details below).


EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT:

Guests who sign up by July 31 (along with the $250 registration fee) and pay the retreat balance in full by August 31 will receive a $200 savings on the retreat cost.


Retreat fee includes:

  • 5-Night accommodations at the historic Mill House Retreats in Devon, England
  • Early Bird discount pricing on a beautiful selection of rooms (Private, Shared and En Suite options)
  • 3  Freshly-prepared meals daily, including dinner and breakfast on arrival and departure days
  • Women Only! (age 21+) from all backgrounds and all faith/spiritual traditions (or none at all) 
  • Small group size (8 Minimum- 14 Maximum Guests)
  • Entrance fee for tour of Knightshayes Court, part of the National Trust in Tiverton
  • Trained SoulCollage® facilitator with 10 years of retreat leadership experience 
  • All SoulCollage® card making and craft supplies for creative activities

Not included in retreat fee:

  • Roundtrip airfare and airport transfers to/from the United Kingdom
  • Train or bus travel fares to/from London, Paddington Station and Tiverton Parkway
  • Optional lodging and meals for stays in London or other locations prior to and after our retreat
  • All beverages and meals taken at restaurants or cafes beyond Mill House Retreats
  • International Travel and/or Medical Insurance Costs

Your retreat cost depends on your time of registration and payment (see Early Bird discount above), as well as the lodging option you choose upon registration. Below are the various rooms and lodging types (single, double, etc.) available.

    PAYMENT DEADLINES

    • $250 deposit due upon registration (non-refundable, no exceptions) and will be applied to the total retreat cost.
    • $200 Early Bird discount applies only to retreat costs when registered by July 31 and paid in full by August 31, 2018.
    • For guests registering after July 31, the full price retreat cost must be paid in full by September 15, 2018.
    • Retreat fees are per person, US Dollars (USD).


    SINGLE OCCUPANCY SUPPLEMENT

    Single-Occupancy Supplement is $300 (USD) per person and will be added to your total retreat balance. 


    CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY

    The $250 registration fee is non-refundable.

    For cancellations made by August 31, 2018, guests will receive a refund of 50% on paid retreat fee balances, minus the non-refundable $250 registration deposit.

    For cancellations made after August 31, 2018, paid retreat fees are non-refundable.



    TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE

    Trip Cancellation Insurance is designed to cover most non-refundable travel expenses (or other financial losses) resulting from disrupted or cancelled travel plans. For your protection and peace of mind, we strongly recommend that each guest purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance.

    Each guest will be responsible for securing their own policy, based on their unique financial situation and tolerance for risk. We recommend that each guest contact a travel agent or travel insurance broker to discuss options or for help researching and securing an appropriate policy or plan. Two solid online options include www.travelexinsurance.com and  www.insuremytrip.com.

    I have read and agree to the Retreat Cost Information, Registration Requirements, including due dates for payment.    I have read and understand that the $250 Registration fee is non-refundable.    I understand that if my retreat fee is “paid in full” by August 31, 2018, I will be eligible for a $200 Early Bird discount on the retreat fee, based on the room selection and per person occupancy rate.    I understand that if registered after July 31, 2018,  I will be responsible for the standard retreat cost based on the room selection and per-person occupancy room rate, and that all balances must be paid in full by September 15, 2018.    I understand and agree to the terms of the Cancellation and Refund Policy, which states that any cancellation made by August 31, 2018, guests will receive a refund of 50% on paid retreat fee balances, minus the non-refundable $250 registration deposit.   I understand and agree that any cancellation made after August 31, 2018, that all retreat fees are 100% non-refundable.    I understand that purchasing a Trip Cancellation Insurance Policy has been strongly recommended to me and that I am responsible for securing and paying for my own policy, should I choose to do so.
