Sally Freed

workshop leader & retreat facilitator

I cultivate environments where people feel safe to explore and discover new understandings about themselves and others.  By becoming more self-aware, the potential for building healthier relationships between people grows.

WHAT I OFFER

My passion is working with diverse groups of individuals, who, for a variety of reasons, choose to gather for some shared ‘time away’ from their normal environment and routine.  This could be a half-day Staff Development Workshop or Weekend Retreat.  I tailor my leadership support and facilitation based on the unique goals and time parameters established by each group.

DISCOVERING YOUR INNER ANIMAL

One of my signature activities is to offer a personalized Animal Personality Profile.  First developed by Gary Smalley and John Trent, I put my own creative spin on this test, which includes helpful tools participants can take back to their home or office.

GROUP SIZE

I work exclusively with smaller groups of up to 20 individuals.  This allows me to offer a high degree of personal and customized attention to each person involved and utilize relationship-building tools and support that honor the unique gifts of each person involved.

I WORK WITH A VARIETY OF GROUPS AND BUSINESSES:

  • non-profit organizations
  • healthcare & wellness groups
  • social justice & service organizations
  • private businesses
  • academic institutions
  • boards of directors
  • communities of faith
  • arts organizations

Sally provided a great start to our executive team retreat with her personality profiling workshop. It was a valuable and fun session with great deliverables, allowing the executive team members to better understand our own personality characteristics and those of the other executives. We still talk about our profile descriptors and have a much better understanding of how to work together. Excellent investment in building our executive team.
