RETREAT COST & REGISTRATION

 

Below is information regarding cost and registration for Changing Seasons. Lodging reservations must be made (and paid) directly with Sun Mountain Lodge. Registration for the retreat itself can be made directly through Sally Freed. We have created options to help accommodate our participants and their guests.

STEP 1: Book your room at SUN MOUNTAIN LODGE  

Special Rate: $137.73/night

Friday, Oct. 30 + Saturday, Nov. 1

We’re receiving a special retreat rate of $137.73/night (includes tax) single or double occupancy. Choose either a double Queen or King room, based on availability. We’ll be staying in the historic Main Lodge at Sun Mountain Resort.

Guests will need to book their room directly with Sun Mountain Lodge Reservations (1-800-572-0493). Let them know you’re participating in the Changing Seasons retreat and our special retreat rate will be applied. A deposit for your first night’s stay will secure your room. A daily housekeeping fee of $3.50 + tax and gratuity per person will be applied based upon room occupancy.

Guests are welcome and encouraged to add an additional night’s stay at the same reduced rate, either before or after the retreat.

STEP 2: REgister for the retreat

COST: $647.50/person

What’s included:

  • Professional, experienced retreat facilitation, all materials, creative supplies, optional 1-hour follow-up session via Zoom

  • Wine & Beer Social Hour - Friday & Saturday evenings

  • Buffet Dinner - Friday night

  • Buffet Breakfast - Saturday and Sunday mornings

  • Deli Sandwich & Salad bar lunch on Saturday

  • $35 voucher (per person) for dinner in the Sun Mountain Lodge dining room on Saturday. The voucher will be applied to your final room charge upon check-out.

What’s NOT included:

Any meals or beverages that are not explicitly included in the retreat food and beverage package (detailed above) including any charges for Room Service. No alcoholic beverages that are not explicitly included in the Social Hour on Friday and Saturday evening. Gratuity for dinner voucher(s) on Saturday night is not included. Any Sun Mountain Spa treatments or special resort activities are not included in the pricing.

EXTRA GUEST (FOOD + DRINK ONLY)

COST: $197.50/person

If you would like to bring an adult partner, family member or friend (21+) along for the weekend but they would rather not participate in the retreat, they’re welcome to join you! However, if your guest would like to partake in our group meals, enjoy the dinner voucher on Saturday night and our Social Hour activities, they will need to purchase our Food & Drink Only option for $197.50, payable along with your registration (below).

SPACE IS LIMITED. Full Retreat Participants: enjoy a $50 discount when you have registered and paid your retreat fee in full by Sept. 15 (will be applied to final retreat balance; not applicable for Food + Drink Only guests).
