Changing Seasons 2020.jpg

The highest and most beautiful things in life are not to be heard about, nor read about, nor seen but, if one will, are to be lived.
— Søren Kierkegaard

Join Stuart and Sally Freed in the beautiful North Cascades during a season of change, at the heart of mid-autumn.

Together we’ll learn from Mother Nature as she sheds her leaves, shutters her windows and prepares for the coming of winter. What lessons can we derive from the natural world in the midst of our own seasons of change. What unseen growth may be taking place within us, waiting to emerge in the seasons ahead? Through opportunities for reflection, connection and creativity, we’ll discover ways to explore and nurture our interior landscapes.

During our days together we will learn to recognize the various phases of transition and both the gifts and challenges that each has to offer. Through images, imagination and new friendships, we’ll tap into our own deep inner wisdom and intuition and come away with practical tools to help us process and navigate the changing seasons of our lives.

Together, we’ll honor our own unique journeys of change. Join us this November – and bring an open heart and open mind!
