Registration: The First Step of Your Journey

RETREAT costs and registration


Retreat cost includes:

  • 6 night's accommodation in a charming, historic and scenic retreat house on the Isle of Iona.
  • Hearty and wholesome meals, including breakfasts, mid-day meals, dinners and afternoon tea with homemade treats.
  • SoulCollage® card-making materials and supplies
  • A guided retreat experience with skilled leaders.

  • $250 Deposit due upon registration (non-refundable, no exceptions), and will be applied to the total retreat cost.
  • 20% Early Bird discount applies only to retreat costs paid in full by June 30, 2017
  • For those paying full price, 50% of remaining balance is due June 30, and final remaining balance due August 30.
  • Retreat fees are per person, US Dollars (USD).

Not included in the retreat costs:

  • Round-trip airfare to and from the United Kingdom
  • Any airport transfers or ground transportation from Glasgow Airport
  • Train, bus and ferry travel expenses to and from Iona
  • Optional overnight lodging and meals for stays in Glasgow and/or Oban
  • All alcoholic beverages
  • Any beverages or meals taken at restaurants or cafes beyond the Bishop's House while staying on the isle of Iona

The $250 registration fee is non-refundable.

For cancellations made by August 30, 2017, guests will receive a refund of 50% on paid retreat fee balances, minus the non-refundable $250 registration deposit.

For cancellations made after August 30, 2017, paid retreat fees are non-refundable.


Trip Cancellation Insurance is designed to cover most non-refundable travel expenses (or other financial losses) resulting from disrupted or cancelled travel plans. For your protection and peace of mind, we strongly recommend that each guest purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance.

Each guest will be responsible for securing their own policy, based on their unique financial situation and tolerance for risk. We recommend that each guest contact a travel agent or travel insurance broker to discuss options or for help researching and securing an appropriate policy or plan. I have read and agree to the Retreat Cost Information, Registration Requirements, including due dates for payment. I have read and understand that the $250 registration deposit is non-refundable. I have read and agree to the terms of the Cancellation and Refund policy. I understand that if my retreat fee is “paid in full” by June 30, I will be eligible for a 20% Discount on the retreat fee. After June 30, I will be responsible for the full retreat fee, based on the Single or Double occupancy room rate. I understand that purchasing a Trip Cancellation Insurance Policy has been strongly recommended to me, and that I am responsible for securing and paying for my own policy, should I choose to do so.
